Widely followed on-chain analyst Willy Woo predicts Bitcoin will ‘go nuts’ in the coming months as long-term holders continue to accumulate the leading cryptocurrency (BTC).

“This is a macrocycle thing. You would have seen it at the 2015, 2014 bottom. You saw it at the 2019 bottom, and actually, you saw it over the 2020 where we came back down. There was the Covid crisis. There was Michael Saylor scooping up all the coins, and that was another peak of long-term holders accumulating. We’re moving into a peak, and we will be at the peak at current rates by next month. 

That means peak accumulation. Peak accumulation means, that’s defining this kind of sideways band and then after that, we do a run-up.

The last run-up was $10,000 to $60,000 starting from October last year. The run-up before that was from $4,000 to $14,000 over a matter of months. So if October we start to peak… we’re starting to look into November onwards to go. That’s when the run-up happens. All the coins are being scooped up by these long-term guys… Just the structure of the market is like, “This thing is going to go nuts.’”

Crypto investment analyst Teeka Tiwari, who picked BTC at $428 in 2016 shared in a new interview, “In my opinion, over the next five years, a Bitcoin will be worth over a half a million dollars.”

The former hedge fund manger and Wall Street executive predicted back in August when Bitcoin was still trading at about $10,000 that BTC would reach $60,000 or $70,000 “a lot sooner than most people realize.”

“It’s still very much early days in bitcoin,” he stated. “I remember when I recommended bitcoin at $428. People told me I was crazy, that this ship had sailed, because bitcoin had been a hundred dollars, just a few years earlier.”

“A few years before that, [Bitcoin] was $10, and a year before that at seven cents,” he shared. “So people couldn’t understand how I could, in all good conscience, recommend bitcoin at $400. They said the same thing to me at $5,000, $10,000, $15,000. In my opinion, over the next five years, a bitcoin will be worth over a half a million dollars.”

Jack Dorsey’s cryptocurrency-friendly digital payments firm Square is expanding competition with global payment giants like PayPal by acquiring a major Australian lending company.

Square announced Sunday that the firm has entered into a scheme implementation deed to acquire all of the issued shares in fintech company Afterpay in a $29 billion deal. The transaction is based on the closing price of the Square common share and is expected to be paid in all stock in the first quarter of 2022.

Boston-based investment giant Fidelity Group is injecting a heavy dose of hopium in the market with its latest “very special” webinar, where it took a deep dive into Bitcoin and its possible effects on the market.

Fidelity, which also has its own crypto arm, Fidelity Digital Assets that builds enterprise-grade bitcoin custody services for large institutions, isn’t new to the space as it first started mining BTC in 2014 and then Ethereum (ETH) as well.

Now, the firm is putting out bullish reports on Bitcoin and sees the leading digital asset hitting $1 million before this decade is over and a whopping $100 million by 2035.
